Our beautiful spacious, newly built apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and a further family bathroom that is situated next to the third bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen, a large lounge dining room and 3 balconies. It is located in Regal Park which has 2-3 acres of landscaped gardens and three swimming pools that are for the exclusive use of the guests/ residents. This peaceful location is deceptively close to the bustling main street of Candolim The apartment is situated within 5 minutes walk of the beautiful, sandy Candolim beach. The many high quality restaurants serve memorable Goan and traditional Indian food at very affordable prices.
Candolim is ideally situated at the centre of the Goan coastline and so traveling distances are not too great whichever way you choose to go. It is an hours drive by taxi to the airport and two hours drive to the southernmost tip of Goa where Palolem beach is situated and listed as one of the top ten best beaches in the world. Goa is a beautiful, friendly and relaxing country, the ideal place to wind down but also the opportunity to have a truly unique Indian experience. The apartment is our family holiday home and so is only available to rent between late October and mid January.
